Two coaching calls each month

The Communications Partner includes the strategic foundation of Catalyst Partner and adds a focused communications partnership. We help your church communicate clearly with launch-team members, donors, guests, volunteers, and the wider community.

Church Plant Partner
Price: $1,950/month
Best for: A planter or church that needs embedded elder-level advisory or staff support with involved strategy and implementation capacity.
The Church Plant Partner is our deepest level of partnership. It builds on the Communications Partner and adds embedded leadership capacity to help carry both strategy and implementation. The exact role is established collaboratively and functions within the church’s existing governance and spiritual accountability.

Regular strategy and implementation meetings
Fractional elder-level advisory or staff support, as agreed
Customized implementation plan and launch calendar
Volunteer onboarding and guest follow-up systems
Donor communication and workflow development

How It Works
Clarity Call — Prospective clients complete a brief intake form and schedule a complimentary 30-minute conversation before committing to a paid partnership.
Monthly partnerships — Monthly partnerships begin with a three-month commitment and continue month to month afterward. The initial term gives us time to establish priorities, implement meaningful work, and evaluate progress.
Payment — Monthly partnership fees are invoiced in advance. One-time projects will be invoiced and require payment before work begins.
Travel — Most services are delivered virtually. Approved in-person work may include separate travel expenses.
Customization — The five core partnerships provide a clear starting point, but the final scope can be adjusted to fit the stage, priorities, and capacity of the planter, church, or organization.
